Mike

I am not sure what your agenda is and why you should want to post a totally inaccurate statement that you know
nothing about and no doubt have any interest in. You are not even a member of our region so you will not get any mailshots from us.
If you would like to be informed of our events and updates you can send us your email and we will gladly put you on the list.

Stuart

Elaine has been in contact with the Huntsman today and because of the number we have they want us to be
at the tables by 7.30 so if you can aim to be there from 7.00 that would be great, Thanks.
Look forward to seeing you all tomorrow

Best regards Elaine and Stuart

Stuart, I thought your response was rather rude and abrupt. Ted asked the question on region 16's slot on the forum at 3pm on the 15th. I then saw a post from you at 11pm on the same day about track days but no response to Teds question, therefore my conclusion was that there was a case of lack of interest as I have seen nothing more on the forum about it. I will not be attending as I pointed out at the last meeting I will be out of the country until after Christmas. Hope you all have a good evening and Merry Christmas too you all.

Mike.

Hi Elaine and Stuart,
Both Julie and I enjoyed the meal at the Huntsman yesterday evening, the food was excellent as was the service and the way the staff looked after us. Thank you both very much for organising everything you clearly put a lot of hard work into ensuring everything went well, menu choices made available early and mixing people up on tables so we got a chance to meet some members for the first time. Communication of the event and venue was excellent despite what else has been said and we were not even at the last club night when it was discussed so have a great Christmas and look forward to seeing you both at R16 events in 2015.
Adrian.

Hi Elaine & Stuart,

Just wanted to say thanks to you both for all the hard work you put into making the Xmas meal such an enjoyable event. Little details like the name/menu choice cards kept a well planned event for 40+ people on track.

Viv and I really enjoyed catching up with some familiar faces as well as meeting some new ones too.

Great food, great company (and as a bonus, great value) what else could anyone want from an ideal club Xmas meal!!!!

Thanks again and looking forward to catching up with as many as we can on R16 events in 2015.

All the best....

Viv & Steve.

PS. No communication problems for us on this or any other R16 events, and we were unable to attend any of the recent club meetings. We're really happy to be part of this well run region.

Dear Elaine & Stuart

Just a note to say thank you very much for organising the R16 Xmas meal.

Julie and I really enjoyed the evening, couldn't fault the food nor the company.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!

Hi Elaine and Stuart,

I'd also like to echo the comments of the last few posters - I've had no problems with communication about this or indeed any other R16 events. Any events that I haven't attended has purely been down to the lack of time - I've known about them but have simply not had the time off to go.

Thanks also for an excellent Christmas function - I thought the Huntsman looked after us all very well indeed, and thank you both for all your work with the place cards, menu choices and so on. It was lovely to see some familiar faces and also to make some new friends.

In closing many thanks for all your work on our behalf and I hope you have a lovely Christmas.

All the best, John and Pam

Thanks everyone for your kind words both here and via email
The evening would not have been so good without you all there so thanks for showing your support and we also appreciate that in our busy lifestyles
many others could not attend.
Elaine has to take all the credit for the organising, place names with meal choices and putting people together. I just dealt
with the mailings.

With over 40 paid up meal orders Elaine was upset to see the post thinking it was cancelled and on the night some
members thought it was done to cause trouble as the reason given for the post did not make sense and gives the forum a bad name
especially from a non member.

As we had such a good evening we will be doing the same again next year.
A couple of mods will be a Charity raffle and have the coffee/tea and mice pies in our meeting room so we can all get to talk to
each other some more before having to head home.

Once again,Thank you all for making this such an enjoyable evening.

Hoping you all have a Happy Christmas and a great New Year

Kind regards Elaine and Stuart
