I do not know if the above (or a similar type number) belongs to anyone here, but if so, please check your life cover. I do hope that you made it to wheresoever you were rushing to get to.

Driving like you did today on the A24 near Leatherhead at around 1.30pm will not make you any friends. Cutting underneath me on my Honda Fireblade at the roundabout was just dangerous. Changing lanes serveral times on a two lane road with medium traffic was an interesting manouver and will only help the Porsche owner branding by the public.

What is the point of a post like this ?

And Honda Fireblades are mentioned because they are known to be driven by such sensible people ?

Life is an experience and self examination is a private affair.

Revenge is for the pious.

P.S. North Yorkshire and at work ...

The point of this post is I do not like being put at risk by someone elses driving / riding and want the driver to know what he did. I suspect he had no idea about his risk transfer. Posting it may make him / her think next time they are out driving.

PS I save my "antics" for the track. That is where the car driver should do too.

I had two Gixxers (750 / 1000) before the 'blade. Sadly they corroded within 18 months of being new. The 'blade so far has not. I also do not have too much trouble in mixing it with Gixxers when it comes to track time.

Hi Marc.
I totaly agree with you about leaving the "heroics" to the track....
The roads nowadays are no place to be doing stupid manouvers...There WAY too crowded...Dont get me wrong. I do like to press on now and again, + do drive spritedly,, but undercutting etc.......No thanks....
No idea about the driver. NOT all 968 drivers are like this....As im sure your well aware...
Im pretty sure theres a few 997 drivers out there that have the same stupid mentality....And are out to prove themselves....

The 06 Gixxer 1000 that I have owned from new doesn't have any corrosion, perhaps you didn't look after yours, I've also owned a fireblade, it was slower.

I most certainly do look after my bikes, you have no idea how so.

The 'blade is slower? Let's not get into a manhood measuring competition.

Big D, I agree, the car here is irrelevant, it is all about the driver in this case. It could have been anything from a Trabant to a Veyron, sadly it was a P-car and I belong to a P-car forum so had the chance to post something.

How does comparing two different bikes make it a willy waving contest ?, you seem to be attempting to personalise it.

I used to have a Ducati 1098 R and a massive willy! Sold it and now my willy is considerably smaller...........never waved it though.

I do agree. I was not intending to offend, and hope I did not.

We all make a mental note not to do what he did (L509 from Leatherhead that is !)

And try very very hard to succeed.

No offence taken, I frequently see poor driving, often by young drivers that I assume have taken far more training than I ever did.
