Yorkshire Porsche Festival & National Event

Hello

Is anyone going to the Yorkshire Porsche Festival on the 5th August (Nr Leeds) & is anyone going to the National Event @ Chateau Impney? Im thinking of going to both, didnt know if a few were going in convoy?

I'll be going to the Yorkshire event to support our neighbours, we normally meet up at Scotch Corner services and travel down in convoy for anyone who wants to travel together.

Lets say we meet at 8.30am and look to leave around 9. We ususally congregate in the carpark infront of the travel lodge.

Did you get the event voucher from Mark Jessop RO Yorkshire Region you get in for £3 each When you turn up in a Porsche If not just email him and he will send one to you

The day will consist of, see below (copied from another forum)

"The event will have displays from both Strasse and Specialist Cars of Malton, Porsche tractor display, static motorsport display, trade village, live swing band, members concours competitions, refreshment stands and the usual turn out of a couple of hundred Porsches".

Great day out and good company - 10 cars from R3 - what a good turnout to support our friends in Yorkshire ! - and we missed the bad weather in the North East !
