As some of you may know, I'm currently working with Peter Bull in an attempt to bring the Club into the 21st Century and overhauling its online presence. In order to help decide the priorities and define the requirements, we are currently conducting a survey amongst members and other stakeholders. In his role as an RO, Derek has very kindly provided me with his thoughts but I need some input from you guys too. If anyone would like to contribute to our efforts and would be prepared to give me 15 - 20 minutes of their time to do a telephone survey please could you PM me or let me know via this thread. Very many thanks.

Edited for spelling...

It seems that 30 people have seen the previous post but so far no volunteers have come forward from our region [:(]. In case you are shy about doing a questionnaire over the phone, I now have prepared the survey questionnaire in spreadsheet form which you can complete in the comfort of your own home if you wish. If anyone would like to help out by completing one of these, please let me know and I'll email one to you.

We are hoping to move ahead with the project early in the New Year, but to do this we need to receive your input this month. Thanks.

Alan

You have mail.

P.S Edit at 2000hrs

Copied myself to ensure the e mail Pm was working - can only presume its not since not received my e mail copy!

Okay I've resent.

I think one of the first challenges for PCGB's online presence is to have a reliable inter-member forum email system. [:D]

Thanks for your offers of help guys. As of this morning, I've replied to Chris' and Stephen's PMs (the ones that have got through to me) and forwarded survey forms to you both. If anyone else has PMed me but not received a reply please could you let me know.

As you say, PMing is something that seems unreliable at the moment and needs resolving (along with a growing list of other issues). Worms and cans come to mind.

John and Rich, as of 12:13 I have not received a PM from either of you. I've sent you a PM to see if mine are getting through.

Hi Alan,
I sent you a pm yesterday but I think the gremlins must have eaten it. I am more than happy to help if you don't have my contact details let me know.
