You realise they are not HID bulbs, just ordinary bulbs with xenon gas inside. Similar to Vision +.

Proper HID is the way to go.

I have an Autolamp HID kit sitting in my house right now. Fitted it to my Ibiza, H7 bulbs with philips balasts.

The proprer HID kits can range form about £499-£899

They are reasonably straight forward to fit.

I have just sold the ibiza to but a 944turbo, hence why i took the kit off, unfortunatly the Turbo has H4 bulbs not H7!!

Its for sale was only in my car for 4 months, the bulbs usually will last 10 years. They run at about 35watts and its the 600k colour i.e. blue wht. They look fantastic and i wil prob get some for he 944 in a few months.
