Thanks Greg.....I didn't know anything about this and Rob Smedley is one of our F1 "heroes". Have managed to get two tickets at the last minute.

What a fantastic evening with some amazing auction "prizes" featuring a host of Formula 1 memorabilia. I was lucky enough to win the bids for (don't know if I should say this on the POC forum) a full day at a Ferrari Owners Club Track Day (Silverstone)!!
Thanks for the info Greg.

Pleased you found it good. Would like to have gone, mad about F1, I guess Rob will have had some great tales to tell. Good on him for giving up his time for a worth while cause. Did any of the guests ask if Fernando was actually quicker than Felipe?

Greg
Immediately after the meal there was a Q&A session between Rob and Maurice Hamilton (radio 5 live). The very first question was "So, is Fernando faster than Felipe?" As you would expect this caused a huge laugh throughout the audience. Rob gave a brilliant interview and then it was opened up to the audience. Tell you more when I next see you.
