What are they using as Lubricant Rich Mobil1 or prefer something more mineral based ... best consult your owners guide and consult: The Chapter "Getting Confused with my RS" It deals with such a problem you seem to be experiencing (if in fact it is a problem) and they suggest you stop polishing and loosen the crutch strap a couple of inches and invest PET number 964.003.765.69

Happy to help you chaps out, it is very important that you all have a decent looking sticker on your cars next year. I do appreciate how difficult the interweb can be for some, especially when things get as complicated as posting pictures on car forums! []
