We have been invited by the organisers to attend a new automotive festival event on Saturday 25th July, so anyone not going along to the Silverstone Classic that weekend might be interested in a day out at this splendid venue with an opportunity to put their Porsche on display. They have suggested if we were to attend as a Club or Register, they may be able to arrange exclusive VIP access to the champagne bar too!
Lydiard Park Auto & Retro Festival showcases the heritage of classic/vintage sports cars and looks to the future with the latest automotive icons. Set in the beautiful historic estate of Lydiard House in over 260 acres of parkland on the western fringes of Swindon, its the ideal location to get up close and personal with the cars and the enthusiasts.
There really is something for everyone. With entertainment, tea room, automobilia, car Parade, club stands, Best in Show prizes and trade exhibitors. Its sure to be a great day out ! Lydiard House, Church and Walled garden are also open over the weekend.
