‘Sports Car Together’- Porsche Centre Silverstone - 9 June 2018

Update...
Apologies, but although I had been given virtually no information to go on for this event (apart from a ‘chip van’), I have now (!) been sent an email saying roughly what will be on at the Centre, part of which may be of interest:

"Outline of the day
Driving Simulators – 10am - 4pm
BBQ Lunch – 12pm - 4:30pm
Ice Cream Van – 12pm – 4:30pm
Children’s Go Kart – All day
DJ – 12pm-4pm

Parking at our Centre is very limited so if you can please park on the road or at Tesco’s that would be greatly appreciated”.

Regarding the last point about parking, I’m sure many of you might be wary of parking in Tesco... the road by the Centre may be preferential - IF you can find a space.

That’s all I’ve been given, chaps... hope to see you all at the R10 meeting anyway [;)]

I plan to come along to both, but I've got quite a busy morning on. So not sure i'll get to Sharnbrook in time. I'll see how my days pans out.

Great trip over to Silverstone, ate my own weight in pork, steak and ice cream, wondered who would ever pay £5,500 for carbon ceramics for a road car and had a thoroughly good time with my Porsche mates. It's you guys (and free food) that makes this group so great.

Yes, excellent, glad to enjoy it with you all too [8D]... Drew, it’s probably because we ate our weight in food that the poor (sic) Porsche people have to charge such an absolute pittance for ceramics [;)]
