So look - they blank the hole for it rather than produce a new "tray". Or do you think an optional dipstick will be offered in future...? (@ £150)[]

Mmm, accuracy I don't doubt, but can't beat the reliability of a dipstick, even if the current plastic tipped thing on mine is difficult to make out [8D]

I wouldn't put it past Porsche to charge for a dipstick, like, let me guess, a rear wiper on a 997 []

[]Also they have dumped the space saver up front so there is another potential avenue of income for those who are not prepared to ruin a perfectly good punctured tyre by sealing it with the temporary get you home repair aerosol []
