Hi Gilbert,

Both hotels have already been booked. You are welcome to come but you will need to book your own rooms. You can find the Hotel De France website at the top of this post, the contact details are on the website. The hotel we are stopping in near the Channel Tunnel is http://www.conningbrookashford.co.uk/. If you do book let, them know you are with the North East Porsche Club.

We were away (in France as it happens) when this hit the forum. Just to let you know that Helen and I would be interested in being a reserve if someone has to withdraw. Otherwise we may try to link up with you separately, but will make arrangements nearer the time as part of a longer trip.

There may be rooms still available at the Hotel, I'll drop them an email and see whats available. There is another R3 member who is looking to go as well.

Just booked Le Shuttle as per instructed from Herr Mark ................ another piece of Pi** [&:]

After booking with Euro Tunnel and on getting your confirmation email, don't forget to complete your API (Advanced Passenger Information) on the website.
You will need the booking reference and password from the confirmation email to do this and will ask for name, age, passport info etc, very similar to when you book a flight online and input info.
