Or did they block out all the rooms for PCGB?
The hotel will definitely appear fully booked if you look on online, as all rooms were reserved for PCGB. Thats why its essential to ring them and see if anything is still available. I think there might be a room room left on the MOTY, so do give them a ring. If you are out of luck I can certainly put you on a reserve list.

It's just over six weeks to go until the WOTY and eight weeks until the MOTY. We have sent an update by email on planning for these events to everyone who has told us that they have a booked a room.
If you have not received an email titled Update on the WOTY (8/9 October) and MOTY (19/20 October) sent on 22nd August - please email me on
r7ontrack@gmail.com
All future communication, and routes etc will be by email so we need to sure that everyone is receiving them. If you have got the email, it would greatly help to let me know that you've got it.
Thanks

We have had a cancellation for the WOTY on 8/9th October; it is for a single room although it can be used as double, as long as both of you are quite slender!
If you do want to come, please book direct with the hotel, and then email me with your details as set out in the notice at the beginning of this thread.
