Hi,

Recently joing PCGB and live 10 mins away from the venue it would be rude not to go.

Couple of questions:
  • After recent Covid restrictions announcement, is this event still happening?
  • If the event is still happening, are there any place left?
    • And rooms available (treat the missus to posh hotel for the night [;)])
  • Silly question - how 'black tie' is black tie?
    • Not sure how formal these things are: Is everyone going black tie & dinner dresses or casual smart?

Thanks,
Paul

I am sure places are available, contact the hotel to see & to see if a rooms is available.
Some will wear Black Tie & some not, wear what is comfortable, you will find the group a friendly welcoming bunch.
I look forward to meeting you if you decide to attend

Thank you to all the members that have replied to my menu choices email, still missing a couple so if you haven't sent them, can you do so ASAP as I need to let the hotel know. Currently we have 60 guests booked in for the event.

For anyone still interested in booking tickets, they will remain on sale until Wednesday 12th Jan. If you do book can you let me know by email (r7@porscheclubgb.com). The hotel still has rooms available.

With safety in mind, I would advise you all to take a lateral flow test on the day of the event. The hotel will have their own Covid Protocols that we must follow.

Looking forward to a great night.

John

Thanks John,

I've sent you my and my guest (coming with my friend Natalie)'s stuff directly.

We'll do LFT etc - looking forward to seeing you all - and catching up with Christine and Richard as they told me they were coming, which encouraged me to sign up - as events are always a bit weird if you don't know anyone!
