I'd say a grand all-in was realistic if it's straightforward, in the South East (labout rates are higher).

My recent 2.7 clutch replacement was about £1200 plus £100 for a slave cylinder ("might as well") but then I had to replace the crank sensors x2 as they graunched them during the change. Tempted to go OPC next time (i.e. in another 150k miles). About the same price I believe, with PCGB discount, and any problems encountered during the process are their own.
I think not. Porsche Reading quoted me £1,700 with discount. Needless to say I laughed and went elsewhere.

One place in the South East quoted me around £1400 for the whole job which included a clutch for £600 !!
Reckon with the Frazer kit and a bit of shopping around at some local garages who know there way around a Porsche, I might get it done for just under a grand. That's if the job goes ok without any hiccups.
Cheers,
Kev.
