I know the guy you are referring to and it appears that he hasn't sold it yet. Seems that nobody wants it! [;)]

I would guess the cars with the harness points already in the chassis would be the RS/Cup shells.i.e. rear shelf should have two harness fixing points approximately six inches in from the side window (on either side) where the firewall meets the shelf just over the edge. These were originally designed for three point harnesses only at the time. Thus only two fixing points.
