How do they get those '356 Registry' badges ?
Makes a complete mockery of the Registers if people are allowed to put them on replicas. What do owners of the real cars think to that?

What what you have the replica builders do, put a Vauxhall badge on it? A magnet never lies, however, and trying to pass one off as an original 356 is in bad taste bordering on an affront.
 
Can't help agreeing with you John. As soon as someone presumes to tell me what badge I can or can't put on my car / fridge/ shoes is probably the day I give up altogether...
 
I was referring to the register badge in particular - not the Porsche badge. Although the Porsche badge is both copyright and a registered trade mark, so they could decend on any use of it they weren't happy with.
