Apologies for that Gordon - I had you down for all 3 days on one list and clearly failed to transfer data across! I've let Club Office know about my error.
I suspect a bigger problem will be the fact that the Club's Membership list seems a little haphazard now as regards which cars should be in the 911 turbo register. There are certainly examples of 964 and 993 turbos which are on the database as 964s and 993s rather than 911 turbos.... and that isn't going to be sorted out before the tickets are issued for Silverstone!
I guess we'll just have to see what occurs come the day...... and if anyone fancies giving Penny a helping hand with directing the 911 turbos to their relevant display area, that would be appreciated - her identification skills may well be tested beyond their limits!
We managed our 20 cars on Friday, and Saturday and Sunday had almost twice the number; an interesting mix on all 3 days, covering all derivatives, with the exception of the original 3.0 911 turbo ( wonder where they've got to ).
As for the event itself, I've always been a fan of the Silverstone Classic as an ideal combination of exhibition and racing, and this year was no exception - and the weather co-operated as well!
Thanks again.
John & Penny
