The Thread on Piston Heads Suggests as much as £120k I guess someone will find out the asking price soon.
I got an LE 3 years ago , the previous owner paid a premium to own the car £92500 in 1989,That would have been an awfull lot of money then, i wonder what other cars in 89 would have cost so much?
This is part of Porsche Markiting Bulitin in 1989
Retail Price and Availability
The Total Retail Price for the 911 Turbo Limited edition will be £84,492.42. This represents excellent value, especially when compared with the cost of ordering this number of 'high value' options separately. As this is a strictly Limited Edition of only 50 models, initially each Centre will be allocated one vehicle.
We are confident that the specifications of this special model will appeal to those Porsche drivers who appreciate the uniqueness of the classic 911 Turbo

Is the steering wheel wrong on that black LE? It looks like an early one, did the LE's come with those?
Looks the same as mine

It did with mine, they may have sorted this out in recent years at DVLA but one of the previous owners photo copied everything he sent, he changed the plate twice and each time the log book came back and the number of previous owners went up by one.
It may have been a glitch or an error, but to happen twice it isn't a coincidence.

Yep, I've seen this too with my cars in the past. Although that was over 11 years ago & before I bought a Porsche.

Now that's a real Porsche Classic.
1 of 1 ?
And £36k less than the latest "Classic" --- 1 of 250 ....
£85k in 1989 --- must be worth £150k in 2009 terms ???
