944 Register - parking passes for Brands

Slight hiccup on the planning front I'm afraid.....I have the list of names for the members who are displaying on the Register stand on the Sunday and Monday, and for those doing the Parade Laps. Martyn, conversely, has the database with everyone's addresses on it. We had anticipate this difficulty but hadn't reckoned with the overzealous nature of my ISP in blocking "suspicious" attachments.

So, could everyone who is booked on either i) the register display, ii) the Parade Laps and/or iii) is helping on Saturday please send me their address pronto? Send the details to "944@porscheclubgb.com"

Also, please check the lists below and let me know if you've been left off - and if you have send me your name and address so I can post out the necessary pass.

Note that we have some spare places on both Sunday and Monday for display cars and Parade laps. For the former, just contact me with your details including address and I'll send out the necessary pass. For the Parade Laps. you'll need to contact club office and get yourself booked on the laps (they'll take a card payment there and then) and then contact me fr the pass for the Monday.

Lastly, if all fails and you don't get the pass in time, you have a choice to make:

i) Get the bloke on the gate to call me on 07714 672077
ii) Plead ignorance and see where you get
iii) Give up and go home

You are right, things have gone a bit skew haven't they?

It's just as well I'm thick skinned or I could have a tantrum and not go at all. []

As far as I am aware Tony (Sidestream) Foote, Rick Cannell and myself have put ourselves forward for Register display on Sunday and Display and Parade laps on Monday. I haven't receieved any passes for any of the above yet.

PSH is doubful because of a blown head gasket.

I will be there on Saturday PM/evening if you need any further assistance.

I think my e-mails are being rejected by Martyns system, which may account for some of the above confusion, although we have all corresponded on this forum which should have made things clear.

I have again spoken to HQ regarding my parrade lap pass and I believe this is now resolved.

Nick, I have emailed you the details of two R15 Members, Colin and Debbie Buckingham, who would like to have their 944 S2 Cabriolet (Reg No: J443FYB / Guards red) on the 944 Register stand on Sunday and Monday if possible.

They have tried to contact you but without success. If this is possible, and there is still room, can you send me all the details and passes etc for them to me at my address which is in the PP under R15 contacts section, as we will be driving up in convoy early on the Sunday morning.

They also want to do the 944 Parade laps as well.
