Costs €50 to advertise them on Rennlist for a month so not viable as I would have to increase the prices!

Ordering 20 would leave me with 10-12 left on an outlay of £500 which isn't worth the hassle as they are being produced at cost price so no margin to play with [:(]
 
Would the Club PCGB put a dozen in the archives for future resale....?

They should then put POA against the "few remaining" and wait for enthusiasts to appear and sell at minimum £50 plus P&P.
Very fair and a useful support to a Members initiative in producing a really interesting Porsche document.

This brochure would add to the value of a SR, the owners of the good ones that went to Oz recently would surely consider it quite a small sum?
The USA would soak up 10 more, e-bay.de another 6.....?

You could try? And why not expect Tipec to do the same?

I doubt it would be agreed, though. These aren't original, so have no real archive value. Paying up-front for one brochure would open the floodgates to any other requests, and I'm still not convinced that the Club would commit that it's completely free from copyright restrictions. [&o]

I think it's great that people start projects like this, but I don't think it's unfair to say they need to be self-funding. If it's any help I can put it in Porsche Post, and personally contact all the SR members on the register, to see if it get's more interest? [8|]

Thanks for your comments. If you could contact the SR Members then that would be good as they would hopefully have an interest in the brochure (unless they already have one)

The latest TIPEC Magazine has just arrived so it will be 2 months before the next issue. I will get it put in there as well [:)]

I am going to go ahead with the brochures and whatever are left over will be sold via a link on the Rennlist Forum or eBay

Price looks like it will be £25 plus postage at cost. As soon as I have them back from the printers I will contact everyone to arrange payment.

Put myself down for a second one, can always ebay it if I decide I dont really need 2! better to have 2 than none :)
 
Great News [:)]

I collected the brochures from the printers today and I am very impressed (as I expected to be) with the finished quality of them. It is near impossible to tell the difference between the 2 brochures and if anything the reproduction has slightly better colouring.

The price will be £25.00 including delivery in an all board envelope to stop the brochure getting damaged.
