944 sunroof not working

Hi there, I have a 1987 944 lux, the sunroofs always worked fine but during the last few weeks it got a bit tempremental needing a few clicks on the switch to get it up or down, the switch and its connections are fine, now it is shut and has stopped working altogether, has anybody had this problem, could it be the relay, I've noticed it doesnt make a clicking noise, your help would be appreciated, cheers.

A few guys on the forum have had sunroof problems over the past few months and I'm sure one of them will be along after the weekend with some tips. Darren (Flamingeye) had a problem very recently which sounds almost identical to yours. Have a search back on the posts he's made
 
Hi Nick,
My sunroof is a right pain, anyway thats a long story, try changing the relay and check the fuses, i think there are three fuses that relate to the sunroof. Or it could be a faulty switch.
