Don't forget that the Turbo body has an effect on the weight - and the weight distribution. For that reason alone the 1470kg Celebration would be different to both the standard C4 (1450kg, narrow body only) and the Turbo (additional engine weight and no front wheel drive).
There would be no reason for all the RHD cars to be built together - and they are, indeed, scattered throughout the assembly run with most being produced in 1993 but there were some in 1994 too. I truly don't understand what Porsche did and there is very little information available from the factory on exactly what was produced, when.
As far as the options are concerned I have a feeling that the RHD cars, at least, had all the options as standard - perhaps with the exception of the Sports seats.
