I believe a bloke called Bryn who posted on here recently might have one for sale...

[:D]

Sorry but as stated in the other thread (before I stopped reading it), the car is not for sale!

Cheers,
Bryn.

I was actually trying to push a potential buyer your direction. Is your RS not currently advertised for sale?

Thanks for the thought, I do appreciate it, but I think I have already unintentionally put enough noses out of joint on this forum so I do not want to advertise my car or even mention it really on here again.

Make your mind up Bryn. You've wasted enough goodwill from the contributors on this forum IMHO. What's your story? First you pose as an enthusiast purchasing a low priced car that could be an RS. Then you are exposed as a dealer. Then you state you are an enthusiast that is buying a car that you ultimately have to sell in order to improve your business in order that one day you can afford your own RS. And now it's not for sale.

You have a bought a car from the market as a dealer to hike up its price with the result that a genuine enthusiast has to find more money to buy a car that he is passionate about.

Paul I have had enough of you trying to make me out as a bad person. Its a shame that you feel the need to continually attack me, all I want to do is discuss these fantastic cars with other enthusiasts and take on board any additional advice/knowledge when it is offered. I explained mysef fully in the other thread and am sick of repeating myself. I made it quite clear that the car will be for sale sometime next year, but not until I have had time to enjoy it myself first. As I understand it, the guy who started this thread wants a car now which is not something that I can help with. And finally I did not take a car away from another enthiusiast because I have spent a lot of time and effort finding the contacts to buy such cars, and had I not bought it it would almost certainly have stayed in Japan.

Perhaps it would be better for both of us and the forum if you could just ignore any future posts that I make?

Cheers,
Bryn.

Fair enough. But we really are all enthusiasts of the 964RS so I'm sure we'd all appreciate some pictures of the car on this forum - and to see it in the flesh assuming it's now in the UK. Have you driven yet - what do you think of it? First impressions?

The above must be a Typo, Mirage, Phantom, Spectre, Misprint, Mistake[:D] Nope each time I click on it keeps coming up...seems it's a Japanese Import 964RS in Red For Sale or am I mistaken......no must be an enthusiast who is not a trader wanting to give a different impression as an enthusiast, guttle of geer, say hello to the folks Archie.....[:D][:D][:D][:D][:D][:D][:D]:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

PS Was not aware the 17" Magnesiums were Optional?

You are mistaken Des. The cars that are for sale are clearly marked 'For Sale'. The cars that are coming soon and will be for sale in the future are marked as 'Coming Soon'. It can't be that hard to understand can it?

As an example I have had the Lorinser SL since last December but I am enjoying it so much that I have not put it up for sale yet.

To be honest I had been warned about the attitudes of some members of the Porsche club but I didn't think it could really be that bad. Guess I was wrong, and for someone in a official position such as yours Des, I personally think its disgraceful that you see fit to treat other members this way. It seems to be the exception rather than the rule though, as other members have been great and a pleasure to talk to.

None of this is constructive for the original poster so I would suggest starting a new thread or sending a private message if you wish continue to chastise me.

RSGulp - the car arrives at the end of this month so a nice Christmas present [:)] You can be sure that I'll be posting up some first impressions and photos of the car once I've spent some time with it! I have already added the car to the 964RS database.

Cheers,
Bryn.
