964RS looking for a good home !

Hi Guys , I am thinking of selling my car , black 964RS Lightweight , LHD , only 55000 miles.[:(]

It needs to go to an enthusiast who will continue to take it to circuits for exercise - it spent the first 3 years of its life in the factory as a blueprint car then got sold to a collector in Bologna , finally got released from its Italian prison in l999 ...does not need any more time in a collection.[;)]

Car is not advertised yet , so if you know anyone likely to be interested then PM me. I'm getting too slow for it - even Steve Brookes can keep up with me in his C2 at Castle Combe. Plus I have to marry off 2 daughters in next 3 months. [8|]

I'll take one of the daughters if you throw in the car as a wedding present.

It can sit with my 928 inbetween having its legs stretched.

Don't know whether I should take the last part in a good way or a bad way! [:D]

P.s. Does this mean we'll be getting one of those cheap GT3s John? [:)]

Good answers Des , has the late hour had anything to do with the exuberance of the information ?
My car was originally rescued by Tech 9 , who increased power to 290 and fitted 993 Cup front struts.
amongst other things.
Its shiny when polished too. Full cage to prevent passengers from exiting easily.

Just catching ELP on Sky Arts 1 ... "Pictures at an Exhibition" Isle of Wight with a large pimple and blotch[:)]

Just because Steve is catching you up is no reason to sell John. You've been holding the rest of us up for years!![:D][:D][;)][;)]

What you going to replace it with - a 3.2CS? I hope not......

Hope you decide to keep it really.

Otherwise I'll look after it for you and use it as you require....50k? I'll pop round tomorrow...[:)]
