Thats strange. Porsche normally list the option codes in ascending order in a very typical Germanic organised style. 573 is the air con option. Is the other code definately 587?
If the sticker has neither 002 or 007 then the code will be embedded with the standard codes for that model. Only way to get those is an enquiry with Porsche against their database. When you do this you always get a larger list of codes other than the ones on the sticker. The sticker options are normally the customer specified extras over the base spec, which is slightly at odds with the Clubsport cars, which always include the 003 option on the sticker.
