Regarding the CS seats.
Yes and no.
Its quite difficult to get them any lower, as they make contact with the base of the subframe.
I know that Southbound trimmers did a different seat runner/side mount kit, [it fitted the Recaro pole position], that did help to lower it some, but not sure on the costs...
A few folk just remove the seat "suspension", if yours has it. Or does yours have the under cushion. Pull the bottom cushion off the seat + youl find a "suspension" part clipped to the side of the seat...I know the later CS,s have it, just not sure of the earlier ones...
