Yup. We worry way too much and stress ourselves to the limit....which is why tbh this country is probably not where I want to spend the rest of my life...there are much more relaxed happier places! Vinceg is this sold car prices or ones you see 'for sale'. If its not actual sold prices then I'm not sure of the relevance personally as there could be significant differences and non-sellers are going to be the higher averages...just my 2p worth.[:)]
 
To your question jason: bulk of my reference figures are 'for sale' as I will obviously see very few actuals - I do get some from various forums etc. I only use trader prices in the model and factor the 'highly variant' trader premiums. In my experience there is little - by way of negotiated £ discount - offered by the principle traders. I accept there may be some small bias on the high side but probably not much.
 
Obsessives usually display characteristics other than curiosity. Thanks for the contributions. I conclude values are holding at the moment but my sixth sense suggests some softening is likely in the near/medium term. Hanhams 81
