993 Question Time Seminar

thanks for the update maurice, just a personal note hopefully reflected by all, we really appreciate the hard work you guys put into the register and without it nothing would happen, so i for one am very grateful - tickets or no tickets. As I am only 20 mins drive away I can always turn up and offer rides up and down the fosse in the billet headed beast, demonstrating how to spend an unfeasibly large amount of money to get a car with performance to match and exceed an RS but value to match a high miler 3.2 ;-)

As places are being declined I was also wondering when the reserve list will be brought into play???

I am on the reserve list and really would like a place and will pay my 'fiver' very promptly!!!

I was one of the early bookers and sent my cheque in on the same day that I got the form. The cheque's been cashed so it obviously got there but no sign of the tickets - has anyone received their tickets yet?

No. I'm in the same boat. Booked on last October. Cheque paid and cashed. But no ticket yet....!

Have you tried calling? Not everyone reads the forums all the time, so it's worth picking up the phone if you're concerned about whether you've got a ticket. [:)]

Not picked up the phone recently as I don't wish to harass a no doubt busy Events Coordinator. No criticism (of anyone) was intended or implied in my previous post!

I booked my slot with Maurice and Ken by e-mail on 1 Oct 09, had confirmation from Narinder on 8 Jan 10 that I was 'on the list', send my cheque by return and it was cashed on 15 Feb 10. Thus I have done everything I possibly can, and as quickly as I can, to ensure my attendance.

The purpose of my previous post was to update a Forum colleague that he wasn't alone in his wait...! I have every confidence that PCGB will deliver. If for any reason it doesn't, then it will be more than the Events Coordinator I will be harassing.

FYI I emailed Narinder today and she said tickets were in the post today (26th Feb 2010) so stand by your postboxes guys and gals, will be like waiting for exam results, only MUCH more important..........
