993 RS PARKING DISPLAY AT SILVERSTONE

ORIGINAL: clubsport

ORIGINAL: carreraboy

Think I saw a Mint Green 993 Clubsport at Spa is this true?

You were there...we were not!.......
Do you think you saw it,

as you passed it on track?

in the paddock ?

or as you left the bar?....

It may give us a few clues to the existence of this mythical car [:D]

I flashed him out of the paddock with a mutual thumbs up....are you telling me he's an imposter!!! So question any minty 993RS/ N-GT Minty.... over to you Paul and Paul and Paul...

Des, the car in the picture with Turbo body, Gt2 bodykit headlight wash is clearly not a 993 CS.....There have been hundreds of photos and many videos posted from the event last week. If this was the car you saw last week it is not a CS.

There is the remote possibility you mistook this car for a CS?....we were not there to view...hence the mythical car that has yet not appeared in any photos etc....

Hi Paul,
Please count me in.
But the old RS will need a good polish after the recent blast at Spa with those mad 64RS fellows[:D]

Hi Paul, would there any allowance for 993 GT2 parking with the RS's ? a possibility of a 964 rs clubsport sale
and a replacement low mileage 993 GT2 on the horizon.
I'm a def for the parking display.

If I am putting two and two together....the individual I think I know WOULD REGRET SELLING his beautiful 964RS N-GT and buying dare I say a 993GT2 which I would presume is in Comfort Spec. Mark my words he will after a few months, particularly on track hanker back for the Clubbie. Yes the the GT2 is an awesome car and faster on the straights (so what!) but he WILL miss the total involving, endearing, fight the bitch, raw and rewarding experience.......Please don't do it Mr S.....

I have a long list of UK buyers for this car if he does the deed at top top money, he needs to speak to me...

OH DES, WIDE OPEN MATE ...............is the extra involvement the sand under ur finger nails emptying the bucket?

Cheers Paul, will relay your message to the prospective GT2 new owner !! guess it's all down to a test drive now,
also Paul McLean will be there in his GT2.

Des may have a point though, I wouldn't sell mine to get into a GT2[;)]......Slightly scary and worrying that I might be as mad as Des though []
