993 RSCopies?

ORIGINAL: silver7

I actually like the second car, looks sorted and fairly maintenance free. The only thing that puts me off is the sunroof. A non genuine won't appreciate as much a genuine car but if you look at the price rises of replica 2.7 RS cars I think they will rise. GT classics have a nice silver replica for sale which is v nice (saw it last week)

I don't think there is anything wrong with a higher mileage cars, maybe a 964 rs with mileage would be possible?

I forgot about that car. It is definately worth a look. Paul worked hard at getting the spec spot on and I am told that even an expert has struggled to spot the difference between his RSR replica and a genuine car. It even has the welded matter cage.

Looks a good buy at a third of the cost of an original, you can have track day fun without being paranoid about going off..

Hi Steve yes it is a great recreation Paul having know him for many years is the ultimate perfectionist with an incredible knowledge of these cars.He has always preped the GT2 r we use himself to the highest standard which is no mean feat.
As for the Open , a real shame they were fun days , it should be a real mix and we all love the air cooled cars.We are going to do the GT90s events this year and some others...as we have a few more set-up mods for this year now where is Chamberlain!!

I'm doing a few things with Richard this year and he, Zubin and I are adopting a sort of mix and match season. Between us we'll likely do the odd Britcar GT (in the 935) and Britcar production in an Elise. Probably also an Open or two with the 935 and my 996 GT3 putting in an appearance. AMOC also on cards and maybe even my Caterham in the Britcar Caterham fill-in event. It will be 1 0r 2 of each I guess, sharing drives. It feels like an in-betweeny season with smaller grids and various series in start-up / slow-down / flux. james
