993RS at Paragon

I will give Jamie a call tomorrow and get some more info. This is from their website

1 Aug 1995 "N" Registration 29,729 Miles

Did you find anything out Nick? Looks like a HK car I saw.....although without seeing plate etc....it could be a completely different car from details shown.
Either way it looks absolutely amazing...possibly my ultimate spec 993RS.

Just browsing on edmondharris.com and I see he's got some fantastic kit 'arriving soon', including a 993RSR. They're out there, cheque books at the ready!!

Be quick if you are interested at high ÂŁ60sK. RHD, 4 owners, FSH, last 2 services at Paragon, clubsport wings, no a/c, electric windows, sports exhaust, buckets. They have 6 interested parties on it, including 2 traders, they expect it to go today!

Edit: Sorry, I sound like a Paragon salesman, I am not and have no affiliation!

At that level like a shot.................last silver RHD at ÂŁ68 000 six months ago , mint lower mileage...................... abt 23000 ........

The laws of supply and demand! Surely if there are 6 interested parties including a couple of traders, within 24 hours of the RS appearing on Paragon's site, then high 60's sounds like a reasonable price? That said, a car is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it!

I am suprised it is AndyB's car, I never thought he would sell it,,,hence me thinking it was the HK car......That car is one of the best......probably already sold [:(]

I can't really understand why a private owner would need to trade such a beautiful and sort after car and missing out on the Dealer Profit. A private ad here it would be gone in hours even at the alleged Trade price. I bet it was bought by Gmund and will be on their website 75Kish anyone want a fiver on it........hope it's gone to a real enthusiast..........

Now you have obviously got insider information Paul..........

I'll have a fiver too Des.

I have no information.

But I'll take Paul's word for it[;)]

Looks like it sold for similar price as Philip's minter last year.

If a dealer has 6 interested parties in 24hrs surprised they did not go to 'sealed bids' on it???

Think its fair to say these are now out of my price range...or what I'd be prepared to pay for one.

They are never twice as good as a 64RS and you'd be afraid to use these low mileage cars...that's my reasoning...and I'm sticking to it....[;)]

However a cheaper, higher mileage, used and maintained model and in a stupidly bright colour then.....[:D]

Can't understand why there is such a large difference between 993RS LHD and RHD. GT3 there is ZERO, 964RS only about 10%, but we know they are better LHD......

It's a numbers game. Only 47 ish RHD and 1100 ish LHD. Some people will want to buy (and pay for) rarity value.
