Just a bit of fun for you RS/Leichtbau and Porsche nutters with nothing better to do at lunchtime.....

Q.

1. Spa 24hour Race 1993 was won by which Car

2. Who were the Drivers

3. What was unusual about the Race

First correct contestant to set the next question just for fun......[:)]

1/ 911 RSR
2/ Fittipaldi / Alzen / Jarrier
3/ first win by Porsche on the 7km circuit, and first win for the 964 RS

So Mark what is the real answer on number 3 and would prefer full names of the Drivers as well as correct Designation 964RSR (3.8)....SO MARK WHAT IS THE ANSWER TO NUMBER 3......[:(]

The race was stopped early at 7:00AM, after 15 hours of racing. This was by mutual consent of the teams due to the death of King Baudouin of Belgium.

Some would say the true designation of the car was 911 RSR 3.8.....

Drivers were Heathen's goody-goody brother Christian, Uwe and the well known siamese twin drivers Jean-Pierre.

Couldn't get connected fast enuff to win Des's certain-to-be-valuable prize.

Shall I set the next question???

Why not.......

Depends on the various loadings and angle of attacks together with atmospheric pressure weather conditions and altitude....[&:]

So here's my question.......

Where did the 911 Carrera RSR 3.8 Finish overall in the 1994 Daytona 24hrs on it's American Debut?

Is the answer 2% over the RPI as shown in the price of a really good night out, wining and dining etc?

Des, do tell us [;)].

Come on Des. Surely you know the mathematical formula for that.....

Angle D = Temperature x degrees C (assuming potential connetick energy remains unchanged)

or, in other words .....The angle of dangle equals the heat of the moment when the urge to surge remains constant!

Fantastic Pulling Power![;)]

Here's one for you ...........................

What comes as standard with a measly 260 horse power, is shaped like a brick with rounded off corners, and has the same ride as a school go kart ?

Clue ................. it's not a boxster

These GT3 owners have a great sense of humour.... I was at Spa and the Ring with RMA and, unless all GT3 / GT3RS owners are surprisingly ungifted in the driving stakes (quite likely I know[:D]), our cars eat them for breakfast. And lunch. And dinner.

It's not a question of horses, but how you tame them[;)]
