A couple of Questions

If its not bent and just pushed you may be able to loosen the bolts and adjust, I seem to remember there was a fair bit of ' play' although I may stand corrected... this was 4 years ago. If you can wait I will be back from me holidays on the 16th and we could have a go then.?

That would be great if you wouldn' t mind. It' s due for a service at JZ Machtech on the 17th although I' m hoping that they can fit it in earlier.

I' m away the midsummer weekend (off to Sweden to visit the ex) but am around the following week and weekend.

Thank you very much.

Garfield

p.s I haven' t forgotten I owe you a beer for the Rockingham tickets !!

Bullet, I didn' t want to put you off undertaking the job of replacing your dashtop but it' s best to be prepared for some of the things that may or can go wrong.
Nick' s method of removing the screens is fine but unless your windscreen seal is relatively new then I wouldn' t advocate putting the same one back - especially since they' re not that expensive anyway. So' if you' re not going to re-use the screen rubber I find the easiest way of removing the windscreen is to cut through the seal all the way round the screen with a Stanley knife.

It' s finding a good (undamaged) replacement used dashtop that' s the problem.
