I think you can fit something like a 285'ish on the rear, perhaps even 305 at a push if you have the offset absolutely on (against camber also).

I use D01J/DZ02 on the rear, 265 with 9x18 et52, sometimes have spacers which gives an effective et45 and i just get away with it with the camber i have - nearly catches the metal clip that holds the side skirt on(the D01J/DZ02's are quite a wide fit tyre c275mm). The 10x18et65 fit with 285 but tend to catch the handbrake cable, which needs to be cable tied back. You should be able to do some approx maths from this. Possibly 285 with et50-65, wheel width is academic as long as not wider than tyre when considering space. 265 possibly with et45-70 (but with agressive camber - also remember the larger the et the further into the wheel arch the wheel sits)
