Altzen RS for sale again
Back on topic...

What is the exact story behind the Alzen turbo?
From the enquires I made whilst owning the car I believe it was originally built for Heinz Remmen aka H&R Suspension. I would love to know how much Paul wants for the car....if only I was in the market for a Porsche at the minute [&o].

Anyway.......how are you all? Hope you are all well..........really missing the scene you know but been into other things unfortunately and just don't have the time or money to put into cars.

Good to hear from you Matt [:)]. Get yourself over to Oulton for the RS day on Friday 9th March and say hello to everyone....but don't come if you're worried that it'll give you the urge to buy a 964RS again [;)]

Hello Steve and Hello Ian!

How long have you had your RS now Ian......must be a few years now.
Do you know.....with the benefit of hindsight I wish I had kept my silver RS but there you go!

Here's the last photo I took of the yellow beast at Donington last year:

and here it is again on track [;)]

Hi Jason....Hi Chris!

Packed in with the winch challenge Chris.....had 3 Land Rovers at one point, the final 'Evo' version if you like was based on a 90....had been tray-backed with full external roll cage including challenge wings....3x winches (2xelectric 1xhydraulic) with plasma ropes.....Unimog 404 axles with full locking differentials......40"h x16.5"w Pitbull Rocker tyres on bead locked rims running only 5psi pressure in each tyre......leather bucket seats with harnesses.......fully hydraulic front steering.....and fully dislocating suspension with long travel shocks.
It performed very well offroad and like the 964RS was totally 'hardcore' in its own way of course!

....sounds like the perfect gravel trap equipment!

Hi Matt! Hope you´ll be back in RS business soon!

Matt

Coming up for 14 years this May. Just finalising details on a trip to Classic Le Mans this summer. A very challenging route via the Ardennes has been chosen, should be a decent workout for the old girl. A nice mixture of cars and bikes in attendance: track prepped SC (you may remember it from Croft a few years ago-very aggressively yet well driven, funniest passenger laps I've ever had), an Alfa 8C (wow!) and some fast bikes. I'm looking for a co-pilot now the detials are known!

That is true about Scmitz to only some extent he does tend to get the best examples plus I seen quite a few of those cars on there for months..I think if an ultra rich person from the Middle East sees one he sells it...and to be fair the usual ones I see on PH etc are always on there....suppose that is also simple economics you hold a view long enough you bound to be right sometime I guess...
