Well i have my car back, its running so much quieter now without the broken pump.

Ady showed it to me and its obvious how wobbly the pulley became, no wonder it was noisy.
Its strange how i couldnt obviously hear it with the inspection panel removed. I guess the engine noise overpowered the faulty pump noise.

If this happens to anyone else then also take the polyrib belt off and wiggle every pulley wheel to check for play.
