Regarding your original comment re the door window frames - my C2S needed both sides stripping back to bare metal and then respraying as they were starting to bubble. Shorade did mine for me at a reasonable price and they look as good as new (they are an official Porsche Approved body repairer) Tel 01543 462240

In reply to burrow01, yes the alignment was a proper one, incl. kinematic toe; the place was recommended by the Porsche specialist I use. I think you're a bit far away to take advantage of that one, unless you wanted to travel down to Bedfordshire from Rutland!
Always looking for an excuse to drive the car [] Bedford is as close as all the other options for alignment, especially at that price - where did you get it done?

1. 4 new Bilstein HD struts (£600 from Gert)
2. Fitting of the above and full alignment - £400
3. New rear toe links - £300 fitted.
4. Rear discs and pads - £400
5. Four new contisport N2 tyres - £500
6. New front anti-roll bar bushes fitted - forgotten how much
7. 12,000 mile Service from excellent Steve Bull - £375
8. Front and rear wipers - £30
Total approx £2,700.
Jobs still to do
1. Front hood struts - £50 ?
9. Rear PU stays and exhaust heat shield - £250 ?
Total mileage 68,000. Average annual mileage 5,000 miles. I'm hoping there won't be any more major items for a while.
