Anybody selling a manual 997 turbo

Tanya and I sold our gen 1 2009
Turbo 9 months ago for 35000
With 86000 miles on the clock
The chap has just sold it for 36000
With a few more miles on it

Thinking of selling my 2007 gen 1 turbo. Gt Silver 6 owners although it would appear only 2 of them including myself have ever driven it. The mileage is 22500 and has 6 months remaining on Porsche warranty.
Has sport Crono , GT Silver Black full leather , Porsche vehicle tracking , sun roof, rear park assist homelink,heated seats , thicker sports steering wheel and its a manual.
Drives great but looking to get back into track days and on the look out for a 968 to prepare as track car.
