April 21st Reading OPC meeting

Paul,

Please pass on my thanks to everybody involved in organising today's OPC meeting (yourself included of course). The presentation on Mobil-1 was fascinating and well worth turning up for.

What an interesting selection of cars too. I'll have to make sure I bring my camera along next time.

I look forward to next month's event especially if you can arrange for the weather to be so good again !

Cheers,

Gael.

I totally agree - great presentation and interesting to see the underside of a 993, GT3, Boxter, 944.

I turned up at about 11:00 and caught most of the talk on oils & fuels - very interesting stuff. The workshop tour was a welcome bonus & I doubt I'll ever see two new GT3RS's and 2 Carrera GT's in one location for a while!

Thanks to PCGB and the OPC - It seemed like a good turnout and I hope these meets continue.

yes indeed, thank you for setting this up and pass on thanks to Kevin for the workshop tour and Paul for looking at the underside of my car - now need to sort two oil leaks

Great to see so many stonking cars in one place, shame my bank balance cant run to any of them

I would also like to thank the chap (Paul?) for his advice while underneath my 944 cab. Rather nervy experience having never been under there before but very much appreciated.

I got the impression from the (less than entirely friendly) girl on reception that the OPC meets were moving to once a quarter. Can anyone confirm?

Cheers,

Ian
