Well not quite ! Hope you all like - thanks to the PCGB member who sold me he nearly new rear N1s. These are heading to the loft - roll on March!

It's interesting to see gold wheels making a comeback Richard - what goes around comes around?

I once owned a Renault Clio Williams 3 on which the gold wheels contrasted very nicely with the dark blue bodywork (very 1990's) and I would expect the Aurum wheels to look good with the Gentian body colour on the GT4.

It would be interesting to see them on your white GT4. Unfortunately pictures (and most certainly Porsche's own configurator) don't always do body and wheel colours justice - best to see them in the flesh if possible I reckon.

Yep Clio Williams JPS Lotus F1 McCrae Scoobies....

Currently my GT4 has satin black wheels which look v good IMO.

i think these will work but beauty is in the eye....

all i need is some “Porsche” Cayman stripes now.

I'll look forward to seeing how your GT4 goes at Gurston - will you be part of the PCGB Hillclimb Championship?

I've competed several seasons there in a TVR Griffith 500, one season in a Cayman 2.9, and one season in my 987.2 Cayman S PDK and finished with a P.B. of 36.72 without the aid of stripes, though I did have a set of R888Rs fitted - I didn't compete this year as I felt I would be risking too much to try and better that time.

I had a go at two rounds last year one at Prescott )which was thought provoking as i had never driven up Prescott before) and one at Gurston. I wasn't very good but i didn't come flat last and am having another go at a few rounds again next year! I got to 38.2 at Gurston in standard form so i have a long way to get anywhere near you! This year i have dropped the front roll cage (40kg) and may get the headers done to give a few more HP but it will take more than that to get under 37s The hill climb people were super friendly and helpful and i would recommend everyone having a go, they will get a great reception....and you will get to see my gold wheels...
