Baby seat issue resolved for the 997

My 4 year old grandson seems to fit well in the rear seat and the seatbelt appears to be correctly positioned.
In my opinion it would be more safe to travel without a booster seat as opposed to trying to squash a child and a booster seat into a space never intended for a booster seat.
However I do use a booster seat for him to comply with the Law.
If I take him out on his own he sits in the front( with the airbag de-activated), on his booster seat and a towel on the seat back and squab to protect the leather.I like the idea of a seat cover to use when the booster seat is in place. any more info on this please?
When we use the Cayenne, the booster seat fits well in both the front and rear but I do believe exceptions should be made regarding the compusory use of booster seats in 2+2 type vehicles with standard 'Child accomodating seats in the rear'
