Bailey DV30 bov

Malc, sorry to hear about your Dad. Whether you were very close or not, you only have one Dad!

I think you are absolutely right about the 'being nice' thing - 'Act of Random Kindness' etc!

Touching tale Malc and I'm glad to hear you're feeling a bit more chipper [:)]

My Missus loves that Monaro, and last time we were down there Roger took great pains to keep pointing out another one they had for sale. I hope it's gone now as I felt my wallet clenching with angst.

ORIGINAL: appletonn

Why just that, might as well get a 3.2l monster like Pauls...???!!![;)][:D]

Feel free to make me an offer (it'll have to be a BIG one though) and I'll still say no [8D]

Thanks chaps, going off on one every so often is probably healthy (somehow), I'm sure normal service will be resumed for all concerned once this thread gets back on topic [;)]

Paul, I have the matt black (or possibly just very, very dirty) one with black wheels & the orange Wortec stripe. Looks like a 1:1 scale HotWheels car [:D] Not convinced the (any) Monaro is the car for me, but it's started me thinking about sticking one of those lumps in mine if (when) it eventually needs a new engine.

I'm not sure what any of that really meant, but I am genuinely sorry to hear about your Dad.

I am sorry to hear about your dad and echo the comments above.

With regard to the Bailey DVs - you are quite right they are a spring loaded piston - silly me [&o]

I remember now as I periodically had to dismantle mine to clean it.
