Best tyres for a 3.2 Carrera?

I'm in the process of choosing some new tyres for the 7's & 9's which I'm currently having refurbished.

The sizes will be 205/55/16 and 245/45/16 which does seem to limit what's available as I want the same front and back.

I'm leaning towards the Toyo Proxes T1-R as I currently have Toyo's on my 6's & 7's and they've performed well.

 
I have looked at loads of info and have just replaced all 4 tyres on my '84 Carrera.

My criteria included a comfortable ride, good adhesion in wet and dry and reasonable performance for an occasional track day.

My selected tyres were Michelin Pilot Primacy HR - they seem to fit the bill nicely and worked well at Castle Coombe last week giving me no surprises or problems. We will see how wear goes, but I am only a weekend driver and max 5000 miles per year, so I don't expect a problem
