Porsche also had a stand on the Porsche Club area at the Silverstone Classic meeting where they were taking car details from members for Porsche Cars to issue the Certificate of Authenticity for any vehicle that was made by Porsche, even the tractors. Contact customer.assistance@porsche.co.uk or call 01189 191 744 or fax 01189 165 199 for them to send a form for you to fill in. It is free to members, £65 to non members.

indeed a great benifit but please ttake the information given with a large pinch of salt. out of 3 i ordered from them at the modern day event they only managed to get one correct. eg: my 924S with original black interior is apparantly a 928S with grey leather my 356A police car was apparantly ordered with white leather.....i have photos plus the original order form and delivery forms that prove otherwise. infact one of them even got sent to the wrong address. so if your ordering a certificate of Authentisity it's worth double checking that it is correct before you embark on any restoration work as if i had fitted out the interior of my police car with soft white leather i would have been somewhat miffed (not to mention out of pocket) to find this was incorrect.

The service has a mobile application which you can easily download to your mobile. So you will not miss any message or notification. It is very convenient for me. I have all communication in my pocket and can follow it on the go.
