Black smoke

You are right, it was the fuel pressure regulator and the fuel pressure damper. The inside had split and fuel was p***ing in where it shouldn't have been (his words), he removed 3ltrs of fuel from the intercooler!! no wonder I was only getting 10miles/gallon. Also one of my injectors was stuck open causing a flat spot when starting the car up.
Well the bit everyone wants to know is how much???
