Blue Interior

Now that you guys have finished beating yourselves Black and Blue, the result is of course Red, Boxster Red to be precise.

My car is Arctic Silver and I think the red looks good. Colour codes are L92U MB.

Just my opinion of course

Reading back up the thread. I obviously have Arctic silver and US blue.

Surely the blue tinged silver is glacier blue - I followed a 993tt in this colour from Tours to Le Mans and couldn't remember what it was called at the time and pondered all the old names.

So is metropole blue the much lighter blue than mine - I imagine so but all this stuff is very intriguing.

blue tinged silver on 993 is polar silver, surely?

navy is darker and rarer than metropole blue

Metropole Blue is a very dark blue. On my previous arctic silver 996 the metropole blue looked black if you were in even a slightly poorly lit area such as a garage.

The car is now purchased, and looks fanbloodytastic. Polar silver (the best one) with a wonderful blue interior.

I am hooked.

Congratulations Russell. I can't imagine for a minute you will have any reason for regret.

Enjoy!

Saw the car last night at the club meet. The blue interior goes beautifully with the blue tinge to the silver. Very nice car.

Ian.
