Thanks George and everyone else.

I think I have established I probably have a plate LSD and many optional extras. I hope the LSD is not as aggressive as the plate diff in my Alfa 75. I am a huge fan of Quaife Torque Sensing diffs. I've had them in other cars so there is a new thing to day dream about.

The sports seats are magnificent. The most comfy car seat or any seat I have ever sat in; even with the handles that seem to have sprouted from my waist in the past few years.

Of course non of this matters to my 2 year old daughter who likes the car with the winky lights!

The diff on my car has not yet been rebuilt as far as I know, and therefore currently has 88,000 miles on it. I like it: it is not aggressive or snatchy, and does seem to contribute to excellent traction which seems quite phenomenal in the wet, and excellent stability both under power and under braking. You can occasionally hear it grumbling a bit around full-lock car park manoeuvres but that is true of any plate LSD. You do notice the increased turn-in understeer compared to what you would get with an open diff, but that's part of the character of the car and I find it goes away nicely if you carry a little more speed up to the turn-in point and use a little throttle lift to help the nose settle into the apex.
