Boxster Trip to Scotland September - Information packs posted

Loved the pictures Carl, it was such great scenery.

Tom as Carl said the yellow looks fantastic...

If we knew how to put the ones we had taken on the net we would, but we arn't that sure how to do it.

Again what a great time we had, it's Friday and we would love to be in Scotland to start the trip again.

Shaun, you could always attach pictures to a post the way Iain has. When you click the 'reply' or 'quote' to post a message, you'll see a link toward the bottom left of the message entry screen that reads 'Click here to upload'.

Hope you can see this one taken at the Athol Palace, Pitlochry.

How is it that some people manage to post the full picture in the message? I can only post the thumbnail image. Anyone know how its done?

Here is another trick: you can point to your own photo once it is on the forum server, like I have done below. i.e. attach the image on to the message like you have done above; post the message and go back and edit the message and link your own image. Below is pointing to:
http://www.porscheclubgbforum.com/thumb.aspx?size=150&imgpath=upfiles/265/3DDAE458028841FBB566CF32433C504A.jpg

The forum server has a limit on photo sizes that is why your picture below had to be reduced in size resulting in jpeg artifacts and colour banding; advantage of hoisting it on another server is you can link to the full size file.
Enjoy!

Hi John

How about tomorrow evening, Tuesday? Please call me on 860014 to discuss as I don't have your home number or your exact home address. Do I need to bring the pictures on a CD?

Many thanks[:D]

We finally got back late Sunday night after our extended tour.
This is the first chance we've had to log in since - and some of you have been home a week!

It really was a tremendous trip - kudos to Iain for such a great route, hotels etc.
Kudos to everyone else for being such great company.[8D]

Must do it again...[:)]

Great photos Alan. You must have been at Plockton when the sun was out!

AND again, thanks to everyone for the fine complements and gifts BUT all of you made it so memorable for Janis and me. You are all great people and fun to be with.
regards,
