Car Covers

Its fantastic. Plus points are:

- Very light and compact and fits in a small bag (which it comes with).
- Resistant to high winds as elastic is tight and fight is nice and close.
- Virtually zero rubbing - this is many, many times better than my last cover.
- Zero grit passes thru the cover.
- Virtually zero water passes thru - except a little at the seams. Water beads up on top like Gortex.
- Car seems to dry just fine with cover on (tho I try not to put it away wet).

Negatives:

- Cover has stretched a little so fit is not so tight.
- Seems to have a little mould in a couple of places.
- When I washed it in warm water in the tub it didn't really come clean (visually - but left a fair bit of filth behind in the tub). Need to investigate cleaning methods.

Cover Craft Noah ordered from http://www.bigskycarcover.com for only £111.90 including shipping.
Cover Craft Europe were extremely arrogant when I ask for a discount & pointed out how cheaply the covers could be obtain from the States (half UK price).
Their only tactic to actually win my business was to warn me of the perils of buying from abroad & how they (in the UK) wouldn't help if I had a problem with the cover. To which I replied is a problem likely? Nuff said.

Andy,

Did you phone them or use the web-site, as I had no response?

Also, how dis you get over the left-hand/right-hand drive issue?

Any problems so far?

I actually emailed the address on the their website.

LHD/RHD is not an issue.

I did have to pay an extra £27.00 on delivery for VAT & a carrier release fee, but the overall price was still v good.

Very pleased so far.

Best of luck

Guys, I can't thank you enough - Noah cover including shipping for $196.00 - that's just over £108.

Hi. I'm looking for a cover at the moment, how long did it take for the cover to arrive from Big Sky Car Cover? Prices certainly sound good.

Thanks

Hi Andy

That's not bad at all, thanks for the info. I think I'll give them a try.

Regards

Mine was probably the same amount of time.

I am really pleased with the cover, but I would warn you that the LHD/RHD difference in mirror position does make the cover tight on one mirror and ever so slightly lop-sided. It's really not a problem at all and hardly noticable but just worth mentioning.

Thanks for the info, much appreciated. I am looking for a cover for a LHD (German import) 964 so hopefully this won't be a problem.

Regards
