That's good, we can squeeze you in and I will put you on the list.
can you PM me you address to send the ticket when we get them,

Cheers Stuart

Thanks. Maria is sending my ticket directly to me, so will save you the postage. She's sending the rest to you however....

Hi Stuart. I bought my ticket last month via the PCGB website as you suggested. I had confirmation by email but have not received my ticket yet. Do you know if they send them out immediately or if there may be a problem and I have to chase the guys at Cornbury house.

Other news is that I have bought a Cayman R so will be able to bring this rather than Cal's Boxster

Rgds - Paul

Castle Combe will be sending the tickets to me and then we will post them out to everyon.
There will be 15 cars on display this time so it looks like we will continue with the action days.

The Cayman R will be good on a track day Paul, you will have some fun with that, but not on one of these action days!!

OK Stuart...thanks. I'll wait for the tickets as you inidcated..... Thanks for organising things.
I had PCGB track days in mind with the Cayman. I'm definitely NOT taking it on the circuit on the Action Day

I've now installed a softer spoken sports exhaust that should pass most noise tests but I'm disappointed with the lack of enthusiasm for going on track during the Action Day. Not having been to an Action Day at CC before, but knowing and loving the track very well, having raced there a few times, why the negativity ?

It is a shame Mike
the past couple of years I have taken my Boxster race car out but don't have a vehicle with towbar at the moment.
There are a few fundamental problems with the action days,
Castle Combe are not Oficial Trackday Operators so you won't be covered on your insurance,
You would probably need your insurance because of the idiots on track overtaking on bends and disobeying the rules In their cars that cost £50.
The thing is its good for spectating.
I do agree with you that it is a fantastic circuit and one of my favourites

That's a shame. However, there are always idiots on track, no matter what event but I'll leave it until the day and see how things pan out. Hopefully I'll be able to book some time on the day if I feel it's safe enough...

Thanks Stuart for organising the day as it was nice to meet some new people. And glad the day eventually turned nice and sunny. Some nice drifting to watch too...
I've attached a composite pic as we can only attach one image...

Hi all. I had a good look at your cars today. I used to attend every Action Day until c.4 years ago. I took a club leaflet and will most likely be joining up very shortly.
